Thank you both for your impressive work...picking up my aged Acer benchtop...then actually reviving it.  I had begun to refer to it as Lazarus given its very dead state in the face of my many attempts... and then dropping it off, all for very reasonable rates.  No fuss, no muss!  Plus you're such pleasant people. Firstly, with John’s help you squeezed me into your schedule in the midst of our COVID pandemic. Secondly, when your Remote Assistance technology wouldn’t work on my computer you found an alternative product that would work, allowing you to solve my problem without having to risk an in-person service call. Thirdly, your fees are surprisingly inexpensive.

You always come through for me.

 It is wonderful when you get the help you need when you need it! We were victims of a scam. As a result, we needed our computer swept for anything untoward. Compu-home was unfortunately closed for the Xmas holidays. We left a voicemail anyway in the hope that it would be accessed. John came to our rescue! He understood our urgency. Our bank accounts were blocked until we knew it was safe to do online banking. John did what he had to do to assure us that our computer was ok and it was safe to unblock our bank accounts and pay our bills, Compu-home will now be our go to for our computer needs and we will recommend them to our friends and family. We so appreciate John helping us out without hesitation at a time when he was enjoying some R & R.
