For some services, remote support is a quick, efficient and inexpensive way for us to help you.  The first time, we will help you on the phone to install the tiny INSTANT HOUSECALL utility on your computer.  You can keep INSTANT HOUSECALL installed in case you need it again some day, or you can delete it when we are finished our session.

For your security and peace of mind, we assure you that we can NOT use INSTANT HOUSECALL to access your computer.  We must be talking on the phone already before you launch the utility, and YOU log into OUR computer - and not the other way around.

(Please note that INSTANT HOUSECALL can only be used if we are already connected by telephone.)
